No, no wires came out of the pigtail. It's weird because both the sensors post cat show low voltag.

Ok so I took a screen shot of some obd data and it shows both sensors getting Volta. Is there another reason to cause this?

Post Cat 02 sensors are only there to monitor the efficiency of the Cats.

It will always show some voltage and must be within a threshold to not throw the CEL. The difference in Voltage between Pre-Cat sensor and Post-Cat sensor is what shows if the Cats are actually cleaning as they should.

That being said, you could always have a performance shop "Tune out" the rear sensors if allowed in your state.....You could always replace the Cats as well.

Unfortunately cats aren't the cause. New cats and no leaks. I'm stumped on this one.

I found this on another site. Hope it helps.

The colors possibly change on the sensor side of the connectors, but here is the colors on the harness(vehicle) side. There is no 12V circuit, other than the heater control side. Bank 1 Sensor 2 pin A(H02S Lo) TAN/WHT, Pin B(H02S HI) PPL/WHT, Pin C(HTR ground) BLACK, and Pin D(HTR Pwr) PINK.

Bank 2 Sensor 2 Pin A(H02S Lo) TAN, Pin B(H02S Hi) PURPLE, Pin C(HTR ground) BLACK, and Pin D(HTR pwr) PINK. Both sensor heaters are powered from O2 B fuse in underhood fuse block.

The connector has 4 pins labeled A,B,C and D
The wire colors to those pins are Tan,Purple,Black and Pink
The abbreviations are what signals are carried by that wire...

Pin B(H02S Hi) PURPLE = Pin B wire color Purple carries the signal (Heated 02 sensor high)
