Default Help please!

I have recently bought a 1990 chevy c1500. Has a brand new 350 engine and 5 speed trans. Has a holley 650 carb. and a 292 cam in it. All new rods and so on. It was an automatic and was transformed into a manual and the computer was taking out so no cluster and no speed I have some gauges in for the rpms and oil but was wondering if anyone knew how to add the speed domitor on there. I have an idea but don't know were to go find any info.

Thanks

Reach behind the dashboard and find the speedometer cable leading into the back of the speedometer gauge. Unscrew the speedometer cable from the dashboard with your hands. Pull the cable down out from the dash and locate the cable in the middle of the speedometer cable housing. Pull the cable out of the housing with the pliers. Lubricate the replacement speedometer cable with the white lithium grease. Insert the replacement cable into the housing and push it into place with your hands and the pliers until it goes all the way into the transmission. Lift the speedometer cable back up behind the dash and then screw it into the back of the speedometer gauge with your hands.
