Default Helping a friend.

Hi, 2001 chevy silverado, doh, right rear shock. Ok, Im new. Does anyone know specs for torque on the bolts or is there anything I should beware of before I change it? Please.

Torque on the bolts for the shocks is not something too important I believe as long as they are not loose. I always just get them nice and tight but I don't believe you have to be specific to torque on em. Also, nothing to beware of it's all pretty straight forward in and out.

Do not over tighten or you will bend the mount inwards. Ratchet tight not breaker bar tight and you should be fine.
