Default Hesitation at idle

Hi I have a 02 silverado 4.8 I recently did transmission pan gasket and oil change new spark plugs spark plugg wires and valve cover gasket, and coolant flush.
Got truck all put back together and it was making a small faint ticking at engine very faint but also a hesitation at idle runs fine just when idling in park or sitting at stop light a hesitation at motor.
So after reading forums I realized I power washed the engine and heard that was a bad idea on these trucks because of the knock sensor, and my code reader picked up code p0332 wich is knock sensor. So I replaced both knock sensors they were badly corroded and had water in them where they sit so I got intake manifold put back together and nothing still hesitating but the service light is gone I've also tried checking plugs a few time and check idle control sensor and cleaned throttle body plate.

Only thing might be left is I got auto light plugs please any help is my moms truck thanks

Welcome to the forum...
You might try a couple bottles of fuel injector cleaner in the tank and a fresh tank of gas...

Might also want to check and clean the throttle body and the IAC valve...

Because you cleaned throttle body you may need an idle relearn. PCM has been always adjusting over time to compensate for all that buildup that was there now maybe it hasn't learned new position yet for optimum idle efficiency. I'm just throwing that out there cause generally they'll learn just fine on their own without someone having to manually command the relearn with a scan tool.
