My '04 is angry at me.

I was away for a month, traveling, driving other cars.

Came back to a dead battery, dirty windshield, etc.

 

I have a 1999 Z71 with 240,000+ miles on it and is running like a top!

 

Got a '96 C1500 5.7 2wd that, for the most part, still runs like a dream.. Which is a little surprising considering how the original owners "took care" of it. 251,000 mi later and she's still goin.

 

I'm at about 198,000. Waiting for the 200K flip Up here in Michigan, it's tough to keep up with the rust. The rails are starting to go along with the bottom corners of the cab. I wish the whole truck was fiberglass like the rear fenders!

I just put on new center cap emblems and they make her look like new! The side mirrors and the drivers sun visor arm has been recently replaced. I went to LMC to get them. For what I have ordered so far, it is a great company.

 

2001 silverado (gracie) has 225000 miles on her. 4th tranny in her but i think it was the shop's fault lol. Runs great and will drive it everywhere!! Everything original except tranny and rear end. I wanted 3.73 and posi.

 

My first post, so I'll have to post a pic later....Bought my 1/2 ton ext cab 2wd 2004 Silvarado new in late 2003...never been parked inside and has made it through 10 tough western NY winters...Truck is amazing! has never left me stranded..no major repairs ever..origional motor (5.3), tranny, exhaust, starter everything, except one water pump. It currently has 319,000 friggin miles on it!!!!.....don't see any problem getting to 400k. ..WAR CHEVY!

 

timbercutter, single owner chevy trucks rule! I am more confident with your 319,000 mile report that my 02 z71 with 234,000 still has legs to run!

 

2001 Silverado 308,000 on all original motor...

2003 Silverado 1500HD, just hit 280,000.

 

2002 chevy tahoe orig engine ,shocks trans. diff,computer. runs like new all synthetic oil used from beggining 297,975 miles
