2004 Silverado WT 4.3L 4x4, plowed snow with Fisher 7 1/2 foot steel blade, and hauled a 4400 lb boat for 5 years, 218,400 miles, still going strong, my close to home truck (keep it within 50 miles).

I'm glad there are other people out there that are as proud of their odometers as me The more miles on the clock IMO is the biggest bragging right you can have. Everybody can make a faster ride but it's even cooler to me to see a vehicle with 300K plus and still going strong!!!

I can't wait to get mine going again! 210K on the clock baby!!!

I have a 99 silverado 1500 Z71 with a 194,000 and hasnt had any major problems. This is nothing to my friend who has 2000 Z71 with 294,000 and also with no problems. You just can't kill these trucks

Howdy Gentlemen,

I'm pretty new around here (first post actually), and I've got a 1999 Suburban LT with 297,000 miles on it, still runs like a champ. Can't wait to cross over the magic 300,000 marker.

1990 Z-71 4x4 extended cab 350cid
276K miles
rebuilt motor at 245K (no hp pulling boat)
tranny blew at 90K and again 190K

It's a worker not a show truck.

I'm kind of in the same boat. 89 1500 Silverado with 318000kms on her. Original engine and tranny, no leaks, puddles, or smoke. She's in definite need of body work (rusted through on the cab corners box wheel wells, front fenders could use some work), but she still purrs like a pi$$ed-off grizzly bear.
