The seat wont slide forward and recline down when I press down on the lever. When I press up on the lever, the seat will recline all the way down, but I cant adjust the seat in a certain position, and it kinda reclines back too far which is annoying. I always have to press the lever down and gently crawl in the tight space to get to my backseat because the seat will not slide forward. I can slide it forward and backward by grabbing that bar adjuster underneath to slide the seat but its annoying.

its a 93 silverado with the split bend seats.
