At Home Customs
For you guys out there looking to clean up your truck, i have the perfect weekend project. I de-badged my '99 Silverado. i removed the "1500" on the doors and the tailgate and the "silverado" on the tailgate. it looks so clean, and it olnly took a couple of hours.

Warm them with a hairdryer and them use fishing line to slide behind them and lift off. Any residual adhesive can be removed with a little WD-40 on a rag, of course it'll take off the wax also<IMG src=smileys/smiley17.gif border="0">

i love the look of my truck without the badges i did all my friends trucks as well we made a day of it thanks for the info and the WD-40 worked great
