Does anyone know if a 2010 Silverado hood will swap over to a 2001 Silverado without changing fenders and grill? I've seen a few photos of this, I like the way it looks. Thanks.

Very doubtful. I would bet money that it would not fit.
I am about to order an aftermarket hood with a ram air intake for only $350,
Maybe google hoods for your truck, there are a lot of cool looking designs out there.

i'll try and upload a few photos of trucks that look like they have these hoods on. maybe someone can tell me if it's just my eyes playing tricks.

 

your eyes arent playing tricks, it looks like the hoods are off a 99-03 HD, im pretty sure on this one, the hd's have taller hoods for the duramax

 

yeah, its deffinatly your models HD hood, i was looking for the hd that would fit my 03 but the 03 hd is the same as stock. thats does look pretty sexy on that lowriding truck though!
