How can i add horsepower and torque to my 350 v8? Programmers, intakes,...?

well it all depends on how much your willing to spend
you can do anything from turbo and superchargers to programers

i have a 6.0
i did an air intake a throttle body spacer and exaust
there not much to notice maybe 1more mpg and a lil extra hp and torque
wich all ran me about 500$+
the next thing im doin is getting am eletric fan setup

another option have it bored out
but theres tons of things to do just depends how much your willing to spend

 

What year is your truck? To make more power you have to move more air, So anything improving airflow will likely add HP, i.e. cam, headers, intake, exhaust, supercharger, turbo....and a really good tune.
