Okay, I'm looking to buy a new 2009 4x4 crew cab silverado. I was wondering how good they are off road? Have any of you guys got stuck in mud, snow, gravel etc? Are they decent/good 4x4's? Thanks.

Look at the videos below. I have only gotten stuck once, and that was at South Padre Island. I had bald highway tires and it was in a hole in muddy sand. Two police trucks came to try to pull me out in some Dodge's, but got stuck a lot easier than I did (didn't get as far in as I did). I ended pulling them both out after I got unstuck. I have put BFG All-Terrains and haven't gotten stuck since (in my '02 Tahoe).

I still say a 4x4 is only as good as the driver.
I dont like the way GM trucks have crap for articulation, but for the basic stuff they do just fine. Just as good as anything else. tires make all the difference. Anything can and will get stuck.
