Fitting broken off intake; 2003 5.3L
Hi;
While cleaning the throttle body (idle drops below 400 during decel), we broke off the plastic nipple that vents the crankcase. (Fitting is at top front, passenger side of intake.) We plan to cut the fitting off flush at the intake and glue in a plastic elbow, but I was wondering if this fitting is removable from the intake. By the way, cleaning the TB fixed the idle drop issue.
