the passenger door is way to far back and it either hangs or does not shut correctly. either the pins are bad in the door the door needs to be adjusted or the fender is out of whack. how do you adjust the door on a 1978 chevy k10?

 

I had a 75 that didnt close correctly, what I i was loosen the hinges, and use small pieces 1x4's to line it up where it needed to be then I tightened up the hinges. I also changed out the bushings which tightened up the whole door very nicley.

 

Also, make sure the plastic sleeves are still on the door striker. With those missing, the door will hang and rattle when shut tight. New strikers are available at any auto parts store
