My horn is on the blink...sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I previously checked the fuses and replaced one that seemed to fix the problem. For a while only the higher sounding horn worked and now nothing. Is this a horn or fuse problem? Is replacing the horn easy? I know they are located near the front headlights but don't know how easy they are to replace....any advice or suggestions?
