Default HVAC Mode Actuator Question

I am getting ready to replace the Actuator that controls the direction of air flow for the A/C, heater/defroster on my 04 Silverado. When I removed the old actuator a Cam came off with it (see attached picture). There are three slots in this cam. On the HVAC module housing located under the dash just above the drivers gas pedal, there are three pins that go into these slots on the Cam, but a couple of them can be lined up to fit more than one of the slots.

Does anyone know exactly which pin goes in which slot?

I know this is an old post but I have not for the life of me found another person with this same blend cam until now. I have a 03 Silverado and was changing my actuator and took that plate off and now I'm in the same boat as you I can't figure out how to get everything synchronized it's been a pain in the *** . Every single cat eye Chevy I've seen has that plate but it has the little Cog gear on it it makes me wonder if this thing is like aftermarket or something but anyway did you happen to get yours realigned?
