My 2002 Chevy Tahoe is blowing hot air even when system is off. I attempted to change the drivers side actuator. The actuator cam out with the black plate that hooks into the white gear still attached. Could not get the metal **** off the actuator. I had to thread it through the new actuator. Still no luck. Can someone give advice, answer or possible solution? Thanks in advance
