Was I ripped off?

Took my 2500 durmamax into an authorized service shop for a few minor problems. Temperature on passenger side front was not working. Blowing hot all the time. Mechanic said I needed a new actuator, 250 part and 300+ for labor. Warranty expired 10 k ago.
I also had a rattle/vibration sound under the hood. I took the mechanic for quick spin, he heard it, had an inkling what it was but wouldnt share it with me. The bill ended up being 160 for labor for tightening the heat shield and extended drive.
Anyone on this site have the expertise to tell me if these figures are in a ballpark that makes sense or was I ripped off? If so, I could use some support for elevating this bill to management. Thanks

I am not a mechanic but I know to tighten the heat shield on some trucks is easy. Never tried with a silverado but it should not take that long. Unless it takes a while to get to on the silverado because mechanics charge by the hour.
