K1500 Torsion bar keyholes are rotted

K1500 Torsion bar keyholes are rotted
I have a 1988 K1500. I was underneath it and the inside of the torsion bar key holes they are very rotted. Anyone have any input on what all is needed to replace them? I figure if theyre that bad, It risks something bad happening.
