If you look under your truck you will see a bar running from the lower control arm back towards the back of your truck. It will run into a crossmember and your keys are in there. There is a bolt for each one of them. I have heard that the 9000 shocks are not to bad.

alright. that makes sense. alright this may sound dumb but i dont need a lift kit to put on the leveling kit right? because the leveling kit raises the truck 1.5-2.5 inches according to rc. which seems redundant. anyway thanks for reading.

Pass on the leveling kit until you've tried cranking your stock keys first as this is free to do. Jack up both sides on front of truck- both tires off the ground. Roll under your truck under the door area and look for a crossmember with a round bar going into it from the lower control arms as stated above, one per side of truck. In the middle of the crossmember there will be a bolt head exposed on the bottom (ground side), tighten the bolt until the desired height of truck is achieved. Crank bolt, lower truck, measure height, until your happy (do not try to tighten this bolt with the tire on the ground). This should get you 2"-2 1/2" of lift in the front for free. BUT you will have to get an alignment (have to do this either route you take) and order a set of shock extensions off of eBay as this will stretch your current shocks to about their limit. Try this first and if this doesn't get you high enough then try aftermarket keys. Note that to change these keys safely requires a special tool.
