Default lift and wheels

ok so i just bought a 87 chevy with 7 inches of lift
i have seen people run 37's with 6 inches of lift
so i presume i could run 38's but before i go out and buy them i wanted to know what you guys think
i didnt know if i would rub wheel well when flexed or when turning
just want to know what you guys think
also i would like to know if theres anything you guys would recommend doing performance or visual or anything

with a 6 inch lift most people can only run 35s (dependin on vehicle type) but chevy's i've seen with a 6 can only run 36's without rubbin so 38s might be pushin it

Might be pushing it but maybe look at a bodylift?

most older chevs will rub on the bottom corner of the bumper when flexed or tight turns with 38's, i would either do a body lift or get taller blocks and get more suspension lift. also if your going to run 38's most would reccomend gears and getting a stabilizer if you dont have them already
