First no reverse lights.

Second turn signals act funny. When brakes on they flash fast and they all flash and the dash panel lights flash. When headlights turned on they flash slow. No brake applied and headlights off they work fine. Bulbs fuses etc good, and the taillight brake light boards are replaced.

Please help registration past due, and need to pass safety inspection (retarded Utah law). Frustrated
