Default Long cold crank before start
Is there a common problem on a 1995 which requires extended cranking before start up? My first assumption is fuel bleeding back to tank because ruptured fuel pressure regulator because of ethanol fuel.

a check valve in the fuel pump stops the fuel from bleeding back to the tank. unless you re running e85...ethanol shouldn't be a problem 10% ch3ch20h is just fine.
