As the title states I'm in the process of trying to buy a truck preferably a 1500 or 2500, my limit is just under 25k, has to have 4wd, it's going to be used for snow removal and landscaping. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated

 

If you are going to use it for "work" -- such as snow removal or landscaping, then you WILL need a heavy duty truck (2500). A 1500 might get the job done, but it is more likely that something will break.

Spend the extra money at the beginning and burn some more gas with the HD, but it will treat you better in the long run and be worth more at resale.
