Default Loss of oil pressure

WE ARE IN NEED OF SOME HELP. WE HAVE A 95 CHEV SILVERADO PU/350 ENGINE 4X4 THAT JUST HAD THE INTAKE MANIFOLD GASKETS REPLACED. IT WAS STARTED IN THE SHOP AND RAN FOR SEVERAL MINUTES AND THEN DRIVEN AROUND THE BLOCK A COUPLE OF TIMES AND ALL WAS GOOD. WE PICKED IT UP AND DROVE IT HOME, ABOUT A 25 MILE TRIP. CLOSED TO THE END OF THE DRIVE HOME IT LOST A LOT OF OIL PRESSURE. IT DIDN'T DROP TO ZERO, BUT IT DID DROP TO 20. IT'S NORMAL RANGE IS AROUND OR AT 60. I DO KNOW THERE ISN'T ANY WATER IN THE OIL OR AT LEAST IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE CHOCOLATE MILK. CAN ANYBODY TELL ME WHAT COULD HAVE CAUSED THIS AND WHERE TO LOOK NEXT TO FIX? THANKS

Have you checked the oil? If it's grey or getting lighter in color and a bit bubbly those gaskets are leaking.

Also you could do better with info, for instance why did you replace the gaskets? If it was because your enging overheated then you could have warped heads and gasket won't solve the problem.

Have the press checked with a mechanical gauge to see if your gauge went crazy. A lot of times we try to associate problems when they are totally new ones.
