please help i'm lost on this one. had to take the manifold of my 1994 4.3 vortec W/t (c1500) and can't get it back in time. First off, there are two timing marks on the harmonic balancer and no other tabs on the timing chain cover, just the degree mark. i sent it to #1 compression stoke line up my dist. and won't turn start.
1. what are the two marks for?
2. is there some special tick i am missing on this, should not be this hard.
3. i herd that i need to be lining up #4 on compression stroke??

any help would be great.
