Default Loud Clicking 1985 Chevy K10

If anyone saw my last thread, I was able to adjust the timing and that stopped my engine from dies sling at shut off. It ew perfectly fine after that. Just last night when I started it, it makes a really loud clicking sound that is dependent on the RPMs. So when they get faster, so does the clicking. I started it cold this morning at i could feel the click from the left exhaust manifold while the right exhaust manifold was "smooth" here's a link:

Any help would be apprefiated, thanks

Sounds more like an exhaust leak, than a lifter. Does it go away after it is warmed up? I notice the exhaust manifold has the outlet for the warm air intake that is not longer. Look an the manifold where it bolts to the exhaust, do you still have the valve in it? If it never goes away, narrow it down to a lifter, miles?
