Lower max rpm to 1600? 1995 Chevy 350
Hello everyone.
I've searched google for awhile and had absolutely nothing helpful, and upon searching this forum, have been flooded with a sea of posts, and not sure if my question would even be answered in one of them. My situation, and question, is this:
We have a 1995 chevy 350(from a k1500) in our natural gas powered ice resurfacing machine. we have a couple of heavy-footed, or at least impatient, drivers. The ideal rpm seems to be 1600, and there is really no reason to ever go above that, that I can think of. Is it possible to restrict the engine to 1600 rpms?
Thanks in advance for any help and advice,
Sean
