Made in USA
I know most of my truck is made in Canada or Mexico, but the other day I took my 20's off & put the stock 17's back on & saw something on the back of the 20's wheel that stopped me dead. It said MADE IN CHINA!!!! wow I really do have a forgin truck!

Ahhh don't give us that crap, if your gonna complain about a foreign vehicle go buy a toyota. Nothing is completely domestic anymore, but the majority of your truck is American. It is completelyassembled in America, transmissions, rearends, all made in America. Porshe is made in Finland and Volkswagon is made in Mexico, of course little stuff like the wheels are made elsewhere.
It is an American truck, so it does help the American economy by buying it, which is the main thing. I wouldn't worry too much about the wheels bud, hopefully they won't fall apart.

RE: Made in USA
Don't get me wrong I'm a bowtie man from the 60's all I've ever owned (74 3/4, 76 3/4 , 79 1/2 short 4x4, 99 Z71, 72 1/2 long bed , 2005 2500HD 4x4 & 2007 LTZ 2x4) + my 55 Chevy I've owned since 1966 & alot of Chevy cars. I was just shocked when I saw it on a factory Chevy wheel. Especialy since I had just put alum. wheels on my car trailer made in China! I bleed Chevy & I expect you do to so as an old saying for an old man Keep on trucking

Oh yea I understand, I wasn't trying to be mean. Don't take me wrong.
Just a lot of people out there now who are convinced that chevy and ford aren't american any more and that companys like toyota are more american.
I've always bought chevy, and always will. It's good to see dedicated chevy boys out there like you.
It's just a shame though, as each generation dies off, less and less people buy american...

RE: Made in USA
No problem & you ae so right about the younger generation GM has to do something to get them back. I've seen alot of Cobalts, Silverados, Tahoes, & Vetts. Little else the new Camero will help if it's not priced to high!

Yea, the camaro will help out a little bit, but its hard to convince people to trade in their little hybrid for a v8 ya know.
Oh well, like I always say, "Drive a hybrid, so that I can have your gas for my truck"
