Default Missing 454?

Prolly heard this one before, I have a '97 Dually, 7.4 running rough and popping thru intake. Code 1354, put new Crank sensor on and it runs worse. New dist. gear and timimg was set. ???? Do these have a Cam Position Sensor or just Crank sensor? Any ideas? Thanks. Shane
