Default missing from idle to wot

mostly when truck is up to temp my 1998 truck with a 5.7 misses when i go from a stop and go to wot it will stumble until i slack off i have just changed the cats,fuel pressure reg.,plugs,wires,cap & roter. i have not changed the o2 sencers yet they are coming in the mail.please dont pay attention to my spelling or grammer. any advise yall?

As always anytime you have to troubleshoot a problem, you have to ask yourself "what has changed, and or when did the problem start". Same here you've changed parts, why? Was it because of the problem, or did it happen afterwards?

the truck ran rough when i bought it so i changed the plugs, wires,cap&roter. then i found that the fuel reg. was bad so i changed that but not before it got my cats.so thats where i am now.do you think that it may be th egr? or do think the o2 sensers will do it? they have never been changed 187k cant hurt huh?

Is the check engine light on? O2 sensors are cheap enough.

i have o2 sensers coming i the mail today. i also just pulled off the egr valve and cleaned it out. i used brake clean i guess thats ok it works on everything else.it was pretty nasty tha seemed to help some. this truck has had very little upkeep done to it.

no check engine light. o2 sensers are coming in mail today. i did just clean the egr valve and it seemed to help. i hope the o2 sensers do the trick.thanks for the help
