Default WOT 2 to 3 gear revs out?

hi fellas im new on here just got a quick question, my brother has a 06 silverado 6.0L vortex max and we installed a sc tuner on 91 performance setting ,during wide open throttle from 2nd to 3rd gear the truck wont switch gears right away it revs out, CAN someone plz help me thanks

havent changed nothing just put it on 91 performance

The only thing I can think of is, with the performance setting, that when you are at WOT, the shift solenoids are getting flooded. Meaning that they are getting to much fluid pressure on them and they can control fluid direction, so it goes nuetral until you let up or it can block the fluid.

i had the same prolem with my 04 ado....ended up being the 3rd gear solenoid...after that it was fine
