Sorry for the delay on the update, but after getting everything back together it decided to throw a heated o2 sensor fault code that was non-existent before... I had no idea a bad o2 sensor could cause a vehicle to become completely undrivable. Low and behold I dropped the 90 bucks on a sensor, installed, and it now runs better than it ever has. Thanks for the suggestions I'm just glad it's now fixed.
fyi: pulling the intake in an express van and not a pickup due to firewall clearance's made the job HELL. you pickup guys have it easy!

well not im getting low catalyst efficiency code on the same bank i replaced the o2 sensor in. should the two o2 sensors be replaced in pairs ? if i need to replace the cat's i'll be pretty pissed

So was the O2 sensor error not there before? how did it come up? im having the same issue and replaced just about everything including the updated Fuel injectors and still having the same issue, my scanner is not throwing any O2 sensor error readings but im wondering how you got there? Please Helpp
