P2723. Possible failed pressure control solenoid.

Tries to take off in something other then first but runs fine on highway. Happened all of a sudden and transmission was rebuilt by Chevy dealer about a year ago. Warranty went up on 5 years back in November so I'm assuming their rebuild doesn't carry any warranty or am I wrong?

Anyone have this problem before and what does it usually entail?

I'd clear the codes and see if it re-occurs.
