Yeah, good luck with everything. I hate when big bussiness tries to push the consumer around but the fact of it is, most people would not go as far as you are and that saves them millions of dollars.

Now you know why Toyota is doing so well. My mother in law took her 2001 Toyota Sienna to the dealer with a transmission clunk noise. She bought the vehicle brand new from Toyota (her third new Toyota) and it now has 111k miles. After talking to the dealer and the Toyota rep. she was given a new rebuilt transmission under customer goodwill. Do you think GM would do that?
I'm still a GM kind of guy with a couple of vettes and a minivan, but I'd have to look closely at Toyota if I bought a new vehicle.

Yeah, there really is no substitute for good customer service. I believe you end up making way more money in the end as a business that has great customer service. These days, its hard to find a place that really cares for the customer and exceeds their expectations.
