Default At my wits end.

Hi am new to this forum, but glad to have found it. I have a 1992 c2500 350 small block 2wd, for the past few months my truck has been idling extremely low usualy just above 100rpm after it has warmed up, and when I am cruising doesnt matter at what speed if i give it gas to about 2.5k rpm it starts to back fire through the throttle body and starts hammering like its not getting any fuel, have changed out the O2 sensor, fuel filter had the fuel pump checked, checked all vacuum lines, replaced the EGR valve, the pattern for the injects or the TBI look good, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
