I'm doing up my truck to be a little less smashable for when I take it off the road. I want to add a windshield wiper cowl to keep for wipers from getting ripped off, or bent when going threw branches. Anyone know if they are legal in NC, I'd be building my own metal one instead of using a plastic LUND one, so I'd like to know how tall I can make it without "obstructing my vision"
