I am wanting to buy some upgrades for my 03 HD, it has a 6.0 and i pull a pretty good sized camper with it so any extra power will be greatly appreciated. Ive been looking into a programmer and an air intake kit for starters, the Injen PF series power flow looks to be one of the better products, any opinions?

 

Get the airaid MIT intake tube and a custom tune via blackbear or Wheatley. Or if you have any reputable shops around that use HPTuners then go there for a in person tune. That alone will wake your truck up big time. If that's not enough look into Longtube headers, cam, and stall to really get it movin

 

Ok thanks, as far as the tuners go, do you have to take it to someone or can i buy a programmer and do it myself?

 

Well a programmer is somethin you'll do yourself but it'll be a waste of money. A custom tune is somethin someone else does. Which Is why I said a reputable shop who knows what they're doin with HPTuners or EFIlive to tune your truck
