need emission help on a 79
I have a 1979 chevy silverado short step, with the 400.
it has been in a part of arizona that did not need emissions. I recently brought it to phoenix were it needed testing.
after testing it passed the emmisions part, but failed the equipment because it had no cat. or air pump. I am having issues even finding the air pump and finding any sort of diagram. is there anybody out there that can help with these.
