Default Need Help: Headers, Cat Back, New Chip?

I have a cold air intake on my 2003 GMC Sierra pickup (4.8) I want to do headers and a cat back system. Will the computer re-program itself or do I need to buy a new hyperchip? Any suggestions? Do I need some kind of a program box? I was told that it would too lean with my desired improvements (headers, etc) and I'm looking for some guidance from someone who knows.
Thanks in advance!

you can do the headers but make sure to just run a single 3' pipe to whatever muffler you want for maximum gains. as for hyperchip, ditch it and check out blackbearperformance.com or gowheatley.com
