I am looking to purchase a programmer for my NBS 2007 5.3 four wheel drive with the fuel management system, and I was wondering what is the best one out there that will help with power and gas milage?

Edge Evolution CTS. It's simpily amazing. And you can program for your driving needs.
You also may want to look into getting intake and exhaust too, for optimal performance.
