Default Need some info on 2 things

I'm working on running some wires into my cab, trying to see if there's an area at the back of my cab that I can send the wires through. Looks like there is but I can't take a good look at it so I'm wondering if the back seats fold down as well as up. Tried Googling it first but got conflicting results, some sites said it could with little to no instructions and some said it can't. I want access to behind the seats so i can see what's back there.

the other issue i have, and it's kinda random but it's been bugging me for months so I thought I'd add it here too, how do I stop the dash from switching between info and audio? I have no clue why but every once in a while when I start playing music from my phone the dash will switch to audio and when I switch it back after a few seconds it switches back to audio. Does this a ton of times and it's so frustrating. I can replace parts fairly well but the computer stuff I'm not even qualified to say I'm unqualified, I have absolutely no clue what's going on and how to fix it.

It might be useful if we knew what truck - year and model - you are talking about here. There are a lot of differences over the years and wiring for my 1996 C1500 is much different than my 2006 Silverado 1500. And things like seats and interior panels are much different as well.

Ah my mistake. I thought since I added my vehicle in the profile section of the site that it would come up somewhere. It's a 2015 chevy silverado 1500 crew cab.

Well, hopefully someone with knowledge on 2015 Silverado's comes along. My experience ends with the 2006 year model, and unfortunately, the charm.li website only has wiring diagrams up through the 2013 year model.
