i have an 07 silverado z71 need more power to turn 35s have superchip full exhaust and k&n wat would be a good choice for more power rocker arms easy power or no?

rockers only gain you about 5hp.

You will get the most bang for your bucks by changing the gear ratio to match the increased tire size.
