Looking to lift my silverado. Not looking to spend a lot of money so I'm not doing a suspension lift. It's an 04 z71 ext cab with 160k miles. Looking to just give it that lifted look like 3 inches but also want it to be level front to back. Any help with a inexpensive kit that will give me both these or do I need to do a body lift and leveling kit?

 

You could go outside and crank up the stock torsion keys. That'll get you pretty dang close to level with the back. Or get you some stock ford torsion keys (97-03) I think? They both should level your truck. Without spendin money though, the stock keys will do what you want. Get an alignment afterwards
