Default New to fourm, need tire/suspension help.

I have an 2003 chevy ext. cab with aftermarket 16in rims and im wanting to put a 2.5in leveling kit on the front from truxx. The problem is i want to get bigger tires as well so it does not look funny as of right now I have 255/70/16 and I don't plan on getting new rims. What's the biggest tires I can have with the rims I have and if I can add on bigger tires will I be able to clear them with the leveling kit I am installing?
Thanks, Drake

I'd think a 285/75/16 should fit with the levelin kit...that'd be the biggest and maybe pushin it though

I agree. Do you have a 1500 or 2500? If you have a 2500 Hd you may be able to get away with a 305's but that may be pushing it without some trimming and blocks in the back also. Either way you will probably have to trim the front valance a little.

I have a 1500 and I don't mind trimming some, so they will fit on my rim though?
