ORIGINAL: MalibuMaxxSS

is there another dealer close by you can take it..

If not call the 1-800-Ipissedoff GM service line, generally someone will phone the dealership and ask WTF is going on, tell them you have video of it. usually solves issues here, I make my customers call it If I cant get nowhere with service sometimes..

Get your salesman involved, or did you not buy it at the same dealership you are trying to get it serviced at.?
I did purchase it at the same dealer I am trying to get it serviced at. And there is other dealers around me, many I believe. I haveanother appointment monday so I will see how that goes. If it goes bad, then I will file a complaint and go to another dealership.

Go to another dealer. And tell them in why you are in the show room that this will be the last GD thing you buy here. My right side bed rail had a ding in it and they tried its normal BS. I said really see the one sitting next to mine and the other truck over here neither has the dings. Your service manager is a lazy idiot and does not want to work. Go to another dealer and start calling and emailing about this service manager and dealer.

I'll probably do that if my problem is not fixed. I paid for a new truck with all work features. I didn't pay 35k for a truck that has 95% of its features available and working.

Get it touch with the General Motors factory rep. Yea that's right go over the dealers head and tell everyone you meet how the dealer treated you. Hit them where it hurts.

I took it to the dealer and they took care of all my problems after a little unhappy conversations. It works awesome now. The glove compartment was replaced and I can't be happier.
