Just wanted to drop in and say hello. I just purchased a 1996 Z71 last night...love it thus far...here are some pics. Look forward to learning a bunch on the forum!

Great looking truck. I love the z71's. My dad has one that he will never get rid of, I've already tried to buy it from him. The only thing I don't like about any of the chevy trucks is that tailpipe. I got rid of mine. It cleans it up even more IMO.

Thanks gang. Looks like the guy I bought it from did some work to the cab corners and rockers where they typically rust...there's still some surface rust, but not rusted through at all like most of the ones I saw before I bought this one.

I hate to say it but I probably won't lift this one...I have a 1997 Jeep Wrangler Sport that I have lifted 4 inches that's my toy. I've promised the wife I'd leave this one alone

But we shall see...
