Default nnbs crank position sensor

i have a 2007.5 4.8L crew cab 4x4 silverado ( the new body style)
today while leaving camp when I started the truck I got the check engine light , i have a edge programmer so i checked the code and got a crank position sensor, i reset the code and drove the truck about 3 hrs on the hwy home with no issues and no engine light came back on. once in a while i get a stumble when slowly accelerating, i already changed the plugs and it made no difference,

has anyone changed a crank sensor yet and if so where is it located.
thanks
mike

Simple change
It's located on the rear underside of the block on the passenger side a 10mm bolt holds it in place

That happen to my 2007 Silverado Z71 while a 3 hour non stop drive at 80MPH. Stopped for gas and when I started the engine it cranked hard and had a rough idle. Check engine light went on afterwards. Plugged in my SuperChips programmer and a crankcase senor came up. I cleared it on my programmer and problem solved. Havent had any problems after that. Yes, you do have to remove the stater but easy to remove. Youtube has many videos how to change. Good Luck
