Well I guess that WAS melted aluminum on the plug... Holy S*** I've never seen a four stroke do that a few two stroke bikes and sleds but never a four stroke that bad without prior indication of a problem.

87 GTA 5.7 all stock. Intermittent knock. Not overheating, good oil pressure. Stumped
