Has anyone else had an issue of the starter going very early in your 1500's life? My truck had 3000kms on it and I had just finished filling it with gas and then went out to start her and she had full power but wouldn't start. Dealer replaced the starter. Just curious if anyone else has had or heard of this happening

 

You might have had a bad starter. However, a starter motor is responsible for physically turning a vehicle's engine and forcing the pistons up and down. When a starter goes bad, it lacks the strength to turn the vehicle engine, which prevents the entire engine combustion process from starting.
