Is this normal for traction control/stabilitrac?

Is this normal for traction control/stabilitrac?
so I notice when i got my traction control on, and a wheel spins the traction control light flashes like it should, and i think its normal but am i supposed to hear abit of a bang or clunk when the tire spins and traction control stops iT?
